1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using Meet then Match (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including participants and event hosts.
2. Purpose of the Platform
Meet then Match is a dating events platform that facilitates in-person social events designed to connect single people through curated activities.
We do not guarantee romantic matches, compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
3. Eligibility
At this stage, Meet then Match events are structured as heterosexual social events intended to connect single men and single women. Ticket types reflect this format.
Meet then Match may introduce additional event formats in the future.
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally single (not married or in a committed partnership)
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Comply with all Platform rules and Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
4. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Provide false information
- Violate these Terms
- Violate the Code of Conduct
- Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
5. Event Participation
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event:
- You agree to follow the Platform’s Code of Conduct
- You understand events are social experiences with inherent interpersonal risks
- You agree to behave respectfully toward all participants and hosts
Meet then Match reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for violations of conduct or safety concerns.
6. Payments
All event payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:
- Pay the listed price at checkout
- Accept applicable taxes or service fees
- Understand that refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.
7. Platform Discretion
Meet then Match reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Approve, reject, modify, suspend, or cancel any event
- Suspend or terminate user accounts
- Refuse participation to any individual
- Modify platform features or policies at any time
This authority exists to protect participant experience, safety, and platform integrity.
8. Event Cancellation & Rescheduling
Events may be cancelled for reasons including but not limited to:
- Safety concerns
- Host-related quality issues
- Insufficient attendance
- Gender imbalance
- Operational considerations
Minimum attendance and gender balance thresholds are evaluated 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
If an event is cancelled:
- Participants may receive a full refund, or
- The event may be rescheduled, with participants given the option to attend the new date or request a refund.

9. No Guarantees of Compatibility or Outcome
Meet then Match facilitates structured social events designed to create opportunities for connection. However, we do not guarantee romantic compatibility, mutual attraction, relationship formation, participant behavior, or overall event experience.
Participant experiences may vary. The Platform does not control interpersonal interactions and does not screen participants beyond the information voluntarily provided..
10. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
- Attending social events involves inherent social and personal risk
- You are responsible for your own safety and judgment
- Meet then Match is not liable for personal disputes, emotional outcomes, or private interactions between participants
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet then Match shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Emotional distress
- Personal disputes between participants
- Loss of opportunity
- Travel or incidental costs related to cancelled events
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event in question.
12. Host-Specific Terms
If you act as a Host, you are additionally bound by the Host Terms & Conditions, including quality standards and platform oversight rights.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including branding, text, design, and logos, is owned by Meet then Match and may not be reproduced without written permission.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first
- If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Country]
- Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the courts of [Insert Location]
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
