Yoga & Connection – Sunset Flow for Singles
Sunset Flow for Singles
🧘 A Grounded Way to Meet Like-Minded People
This yoga session is designed for singles who value health, balance, and meaningful connection.
Instead of swiping and small talk through a screen, you meet face-to-face in a calm, structured setting. You move, breathe, and interact naturally — without pressure, performance, or awkwardness.
There are no forced pairings.
No decisions made on the spot.
You’re simply sharing an experience and noticing how you feel around different people.
After the session, you’ll receive a private link where you can indicate who you’d like to reconnect with. Contact details are shared only if interest is mutual.
If you don’t feel a romantic connection?
You still leave with clarity, movement, and a reset nervous system.

Sunset Yoga for Singles (Ages 40–55)
📍 Location
Modi’in – Outdoor Park / Studio
(Exact meeting point shared after ticket purchase)
We make every effort to maintain a balanced ratio between men and women within the same age range to create a comfortable and natural group dynamic.
🧘 What to Expect
A 75-minute guided yoga experience suitable for all levels.
No advanced practice required.
Phase 1: Grounding & Arrival (10 Minutes)
We begin with breathwork and gentle mobility to settle the nervous system.
This creates ease and safety — not performance.
Phase 2: Guided Flow (40 Minutes)
A slow, accessible sequence focused on balance, flexibility, and breath awareness.
Nothing competitive. Nothing extreme.
Just mindful movement.
Phase 3: Light Rotational Interaction (10–15 Minutes)
Optional, structured partner stretches or balance exercises.
Comfortable. Respectful. Non-intimate.
This allows natural interaction without forced conversation.
Phase 4: Closing Reset (10 Minutes)
A short relaxation followed by a light, guided group prompt that makes post-practice conversation feel effortless.
You are not being evaluated.
You are not being judged.
You are simply experiencing how you feel in someone’s presence.
🗣 How the Evening Begins
We start with a brief welcome circle.
Each participant shares their name and responds to one light prompt.
The prompt is sent in advance so no one feels put on the spot.
If attendance is larger, we may divide into smaller groups based on age range and compatibility to keep the experience aligned and comfortable.
To maintain structure and safety, phone numbers are not exchanged during the event.
If there is mutual interest, contact details are shared afterward through the platform.
🌿 Why This Format Works
Movement lowers defenses.
Breathing regulates anxiety.
Shared physical experience builds authentic connection faster than sitting across a table.
You’re not trying to impress anyone.
You’re showing up regulated, grounded, and real.
Worst case: you leave feeling stronger and calmer.
Best case: you meet someone aligned with your lifestyle and values.
🌿 A Shared Lifestyle Signal
Choosing to attend a yoga event says something.
Yoga tends to attract people who value wellbeing, growth, and balance. It reflects a certain pace of life — intentional rather than chaotic.
Shared interests don’t guarantee compatibility.
But they significantly increase the probability of alignment.
If you both prioritize health and self-care, you’re not starting from zero.
You already share something meaningful.
Post-Event Connection
After the session, you’ll receive a private link to indicate who you’d like to reconnect with.
Contact details are shared only if interest is mutual.
No endless messaging.
No chasing.
No ambiguity.
Just intentional, real-world connection.
This event is part of the Meet Then Match compatibility-based event series.
